After nine months, it might feel like pregnancy and labor have caused more pain than you could’ve ever imagined, but the second new moms lay eyes on their babies for the first time, all of that is instantly forgotten.

It seems that there’s no feeling in the world that compares to that magical moment, and the Facebook page Breastfeeding Mama Talk has moms all over the world talking about it. The popular page posted a meme of a mom with her newborn baby that said, “Nothing beats this moment” and asked readers if they agreed.

To get things started, a rainbow baby is a child that comes after a stillbirth, neonatal death, infant loss or a miscarriage. It is designated this name because rainbows typically occur following a storm and is a symbol of hope during a dreary situation.

In this picture we see the father in the makeshift pool with his wife as she gives birth. Kudos to the father for physically being there with his wife, and even bigger kudos to the mother for going through 9 months of pain and discomfort.

Now there is no context to the origin of this picture but it is safe to say that this gentleman is so happy about his newborn baby that he is brought to tears.

It isn’t just the parents who are proud and happy of their rainbow baby. Siblings have also been waiting (maybe not so patiently) for the day they get to meet their brother or sister.

Pictures say a 1000 words. And this photo sums it up, the look of relief and gratitude as displayed on this mother’s face is indescribable.
